Westcomb Outerwear proudly stands behind each and every product we make. We guarantee all of our products against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the practical life of the product. Defective products will be repaired or replaced, at no charge, at Westcomb's discretion.
Our product warranty is extended to the original consumer and valid only with original proof of purchase.
Normal wear and tear, rips, tears, punctures, modifications, alterations, negligence, improper care, damages from accidents, mis-use or use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time are not covered by our warranty.
Any damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate with the owner's authorization.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover products purchased from unauthorized dealers, online auctions, or second-hand purchases.
All shipping to Westcomb must be pre-paid and insurance is highly recommended. Westcomb cannot be responsible or liable for lost or damaged in-bound shipments. Customers are responsible for their product until we sign for its delivery. For hygiene and health reasons, we require products accepted for Warranty or Repair to be clean. A charge of US$25.00 will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Fill out a brief warranty form describing what happened. Form can be downloaded here.
Locate your proof of purchase and ensure it clearly states the original purchase location, date and price.
Submit warranty form by email ([email protected]) or fax (604-420-8974) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not ship products without a RA number.
Ensure your product is free of any personal belongings and cleaned prior to being returned. Items require cleaning will be returned at owner’s expense or cleaned for a nominal fee of US$50 per item.
Ship your product, along with your warranty form and proof of purchase for evaluation using the carrier of choice.
We recommend using a carrier that will provide a trace number for tracking. Westcomb Outerwear is not responsible for packages being shipped to us that are lost or damaged in transit.
How do I find replacement parts?
